Q. I need to form a Limited Company. How do I do that?
A. Let us do the work for you. Forming a company involves a certain amount of form filling which can be time consuming if you are not familiar with terminology. For a fixed fee we will form the company, complete all of the necessary documents and file them with the relevant bodies. All that's needed from you are a few details.

Q. I own a property which I am renting to someone. By the time I have paid the mortgage I don't make any money on the rental. Do I still need to declare it?
A. Yes you do. Regardless of whether or not you make any money from the rental of a property, you must still complete a personal tax return each year to inform HM Revenue & Customs of your profit or loss. This is a simple process, book an appointment and we will be happy to guide you through it.

Q. How much do you charge to do a set of accounts?
A. This is always a tricky one! The honest answer is that it depends on a few things: a)whether you are a sole trader, partnership or Limited company. Different amounts of work are required for different types of accounts b) how well your business records have been kept. It stands to reason that it will take longer to prepare a set of accounts from a bag full of receipts than it will from a well written cashbook c) the level of expertise required. A business with hundreds of complex transactions will require the work of a more experienced person than that of a small business with only a handful of transactions.
We are happy to discuss these matters with you and get an idea of the work involved, so that we can give you a reasonably accurate guide to the fees involved.

Q. I don't want to use my home address as my registered office. What else can I do?
A. You can use our address. This way Companies House and HM Revenue and Customs correspondence for your company will be sent directly to us. We make no extra charge for this service.
